Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. If you do not receive your confirmation within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folder.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled.

Please ensure that all shipping information is accurate and complete before placing your order. DIOS GIOVANNI is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout. SHIPPING

DIOS GIOVANNI offers complimentary standard ground shipping on all domestic U.S. orders. Standard ground shipping typically takes 3–4 business days following order processing. Delivery estimates may vary depending on the destination, carrier operations, and circumstances beyond our control.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, shipping estimates are not guaranteed, and carrier-related delays may occasionally occur.

RETURN POLICY

COMPLIMENTARY RETURNS

DIOS GIOVANNI provides complimentary return shipping for eligible domestic U.S. orders. Once your return request has been approved, a prepaid return shipping label will be provided via email.

Customers are encouraged to retain their return tracking information and proof of shipment until the return has been successfully processed.

DIOS GIOVANNI is not responsible for return packages lost or stolen in transit.

EXCHANGES
