ORDER PROCESSING
Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing, pending product availability and payment confirmation. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled. Please confirm that all order details are correct before completing the checkout process.
You will receive an automatic confirmation email once your order has been placed. If you do not see the order confirmation within a few minutes of ordering, please check your spam email folder.
RETURN POLICY
DIOS GIOVANNI is dedicated to delivering premium fashion and exceptional customer service. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, there is a 3-day return policy from the date of delivery to ensure your satisfaction. Due to the nature of this business, returns cannot be accepted at a high volume.
If you wish to make an exchange, packages must be shipped back in original, included packaging. Please understand that if any exchanges are made, customers are responsible in covering exchange shipping costs.

Return Eligibility:
- Size
- Returned items MUST BE in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all tags attached.
Please note: Non-eligible items will not receive a refund.
DIOS GIOVANNI is not responsible for any return packages lost or stolen during transit. Please retain your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when sending back your returns.
If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact info@diosgiovanni.com within 3 days of the delivery date of your purchase. Please be prepared to submit photos of the damaged, defective, or unordered item as proof.
Rights Reserved for Returns:
DIOS GIOVANNI retains the authority to define, restrict, decline, or reject returns from customers under the following circumstances:
- A pattern of irregular or excessive returns suggesting "wardrobing."
- An irregular or excessive history of returns involving used, modified/altered, washed, damaged, or incomplete items.
- Suspected fraudulent or criminal behavior.
Likewise, DIOS GIOVANNI maintains the right to deny service to any customer or entity for similar reasons as stated above.
